Dedicare’s share
The company was incorporated in 1995 and was part of the Poolia group from 2001 until May 2011, when its class B share was listed on Nasdaq Stockholm. The company converted from a private to public limited company ahead of its March 2011 IPO.
Dedicare’s class B share was listed on Nasdaq Stockholm on 4 May 2011. As of June 30, 2025, share capital was SEK 4,781,321, divided between 9,562,642 shares, of which 2,011,907 class A shares and 7,550,735 class B shares, with a quotient value of SEK 0.5. Each share has equal entitlement to participation in the company’s assets and profit. Class A shares carry one vote and class B shares one-fifth of a vote.

As of June 30, 2025, the number of shareholders amounted to 7,722. During the first quarter of 2025, 245 shareholders were added while 615 ceased to be shareholders.

The majority of Dedicares’ shareholders are located in Sweden.
As of June 30, 2025, shareholders were distributed as follows: Sweden 91.43 percent, other Nordic countries 7.32 percent, other Europe 1.00 percent, USA 0.05 percent, and rest of the world 0.21 percent.
