Dedicare’s financial reports are typically released early in the morning. The publication of interim reports and the year-end report is always preceded by a board meeting on the same day or the day before it is disclosed.

A period of thirty days before the publication of interim reports or the year-end report is considered a “quiet period” by Dedicare. During this time, no meetings with investors and analysts are held, either in person or via phone.
